Professional Teacher & Author
PRINCE ADJEI KUFFOUR is a Professional Teacher and a native of New Juaben Traditional Area, Koforidua.
He started his basic education at Wisdom Preparatory School and later continued at Nana Kwaku Boateng Experimental Junior High School, both in Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
He had his secondary education at Pope John Senior High School (POJOSS) after which he went to S.D.A. Training College in Asokore-Koforidua where he obtained his Teacher's Cert "A".
After his successful completion of training college, he was posted to Adukrom Presbyterian Primary School in Akuapem where he began his teaching career.
Due to the author's penchant for academic pursuits, he taught briefly at Adukrom and then furthered his education at University of Cape Coast, where he read Bachelor of Education in Economics and History.
Soon after the author's completion of UCC, he was posted to Begoro Presbyterian Senior High School in the Fanteakwa North District of Eastern Region where he effectively and admirably handled the History subject.
The author, in addition, is a member of the Ghana Association of Writers [GAW]. He holds a Master of Public Administration [MPA] Degree from the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Legon.
He has a work relationship with the National Council for Curriculum & Assessment [NaCCA], an agency under the Ministry of Education responsible for the development of curriculum and assessment standards for pre-tertiary educational institutions in Ghana.
The author has also been involved in several national workshops aimed at the development of the History of Ghana Curriculum for Primary Schools.
He teaches History at Tema Secondary School (TEMASCHO) in the Greater Accra Region. The author is also the President of Greater Accra Regional Branch of the Historical Society of Ghana.
